My objective is to prioritize the person over the treatment plan. What this means is we will have goals but allow what comes up each week to be organic and interwoven, to help you achieve what you are looking for in therapy.

The skills that help us with our successes are often the same that cause problems. I like to identify what’s working and help find new ways to address the parts that are not. It’s important to find balance.

I see therapy as an opportunity for growth and self-improvement; a place to witness the changes you want to see in the story of your life.  

Getting access to therapy shouldn’t be as difficult as it is. It is essential that my clients get seamless care from the start. I use technologies that make sense so our time together can make a difference you can feel.

I provide weekly or bi-weekly therapy, in-person or online.

As an out-of-network provider, I am happy to provide monthly bills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
